Threaded SS flanges are made primarily of chromium and nickel for corrosion resistance, durability and durability. Typically containing 18% chromium and 8-10% nickel, these flanges exhibit remarkable mechanical properties. Such as high tensile strength (up to 485 MPa) and good yield strength (approximately 205 MPa) for easy application shall be installed without threaded design welding which makes them unique – high temperature-pressure. They are ideal for applications where welding is not practical. Its main advantage is its suitability for use in corrosion-free environments where it is easy to clean and recycle.
